PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $100 per person ($200 per cabin) is due at the time of booking. Passengers have the option of paying for their cruise in full at time of purchase. If cruise is paid in full, a Triple A Promo travel agent will contact the primary passenger via email within 2-7 business days with your assigned cabin number and Carnival Cruise confirmation number. For passengers who prefer NOT to pay for their cruise in full at the time of purchase, Triple A Promo offers a payment plan that will divide payments into monthly installments based on the date for which the passenger is booked. The passenger’s remaining cabin balance will be split into equal monthly payments that will be charged to their credit card on the 1st day of the following month after the initial deposit is paid, with the final balance due no later than December 1, 2025. Passengers choosing the monthly payment plan will be contacted via email by Triple A Promo travel agent within 2-7 business days after the deposit AND 1st month’s payment is paid with your assigned cabin number and Carnival Cruise confirmation number. This email will be sent to the Primary Passenger on file.
CREDIT CARD USE:
When selecting the payment plan option, passengers authorize Triple A Promo to charge your credit card without additional notice for each monthly payment. The passenger will make sure that their credit card information is always up to date. To change the credit card number that is on file, the passenger can contact Triple A Promo at 805-207-3565, or aaapromochris@gmail.com. A fee of $35.00 per person per transaction will be added to the reservation cost if the credit card on file is declined.
